  • Compliance: Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
  • Confidentiality: Clients must maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information provided by Charleswood Limited.
  1. Fees and Payment

  • Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their agreement with Charleswood Limited by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
  • Termination by Charleswood Limited: We reserve the right to terminate any agreement with a Client at our discretion, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Charleswood Limited is committed to protecting the confidentiality of Client information. We will not disclose any non-public information about our Clients to third parties, except as required by law or with the Client's consent.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and any agreements entered into with Charleswood Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the chosen dispute resolution method.

  1. Amendments

Charleswood Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
